A <a href=\"https:\/\/subscriber.politicopro.com\/f\/?id=00000199-300a-daee-a5fb-788ffce80000\" title=\"court filing \">court filing <\/a>(from 9\/4) from DOE has noted that the Climate Working Group has been disbanded (as of 9\/3). This was done to make the <a href=\"https:\/\/library.edf.org\/AssetLink\/0kdlw6oq5v8hsvj152eqx01b0qn74uuq.pdf\" title=\"\">EDF\/UCS lawsuit<\/a> moot, but it also means that DOE is withdrawing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclimate.org\/index.php\/archives\/2025\/07\/the-endangerment-of-the-endangerment-finding\/\" title=\"report\">report<\/a>, no-one will respond appropriately to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclimate.org\/index.php\/archives\/2025\/09\/climate-scientists-response-to-doe-report\/\" title=\"\">comments submitted<\/a>, and (possibly) it becomes irrelevant for the EPA reconsideration of the Endangerment Finding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What a farce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Update<\/strong>: Via Andy Revkin, the EDF\/UCS&#8217;s blistering <a href=\"https:\/\/revkin.substack.com\/api\/v1\/file\/726f601e-a5c9-4e90-b4ea-1e17dc643611.pdf\" title=\"response to the DOE filing\">response to the DOE filing<\/a>.
