There are a few version updates that make some difference (particularly in sea ice extent), but the basic story is similar to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclimate.org\/index.php\/archives\/2025\/01\/comparison-update-2024\/\" title=\"Comparison Update 2024\">last year<\/a>.
